1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or submitting requests to Dr. Zoe Little HealthTech ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or submit forms.
2. Scope of Services & Advice Disclaimer
We provide healthcare software consulting, security audits, and medical AI deployment strategies. While Dr. Zoe Little holds clinical qualifications, consulting services represent technology-centric advisory reviews and do not constitute formal medical diagnoses, clinical treatment plans, or direct patient care services.
Hospital systems remain fully responsible for validation checks, physician compliance, and patient data protection metrics.
3. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Dr. Zoe Little, nor her team, be held liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from system implementation failures, data leaks, or network down-time arising from your integration of our advice or open-source templates.
Our total liability under any signed engagement agreement is capped at the total amount invoiced and paid for that specific service contract.
4. Intellectual Property
All website designs, content, graphics, and code structures are the property of Dr. Zoe Little HealthTech. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access our static layouts and tools for personal or educational review.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, applicable international commercial law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved through mutual good-faith negotiation, or if unresolved, through binding arbitration under recognized international commercial arbitration standards.
